Sharper, more relevant insights with cleaner outputs, better structure, and improved multilingual analysis.
Available in:
We’ve upgraded Audience Intelligence to make answers more focused, reliable, and easier to use across your teams.
🎯 More relevant, less noise
Audience Intelligence now focuses on what really matters for your brand:
- Off-topic, spammy, or insignificant mentions are filtered out.
- Insights are better aligned with your industry, campaigns, and audience.
- Long, meandering answers are reduced thanks to stricter caps and prioritization.
You get cleaner summaries and sharper angles instead of walls of text.
🧩 Clearer structure & richer examples
We’ve improved how answers are formatted so you can scan them quickly and share them easily:
- More consistent sections and phrasing across all questions.
- Up to 3 quoted examples are now included to illustrate each point, making insights more concrete and usable.
This makes it easier to plug Audience Intelligence outputs into reports, decks, or daily monitoring.
🌍 Better handling of languages & personalities
Audience Intelligence is now more comfortable with complex, multilingual communities:
- Mixed-language comments are handled more robustly, while keeping original wording inside quotes.
- Sentiment insights are now broken down into Positive vs Negative, each grouped by key themes.
- Personality / ambassador detection has been improved to better reflect luxury, media, sports, gaming, and social apps contexts.
🤖 Upgraded AI engine
We’ve upgraded the underlying AI model powering Audience Intelligence to deliver:
- More accurate analyses
- More consistent outputs
- Better performance on complex questions (sentiment, FAQs, personalities, etc.)
Overall, Audience Intelligence now gives you cleaner, more trustworthy insights to understand how your audience thinks, reacts, and talks about your brand.

Stay informed when a source expires and reconnect it quickly with automated email alerts.
Available in:
You can now receive email alerts when one of your sources expires, helping you reconnect it quickly and avoid disruptions in your protection and analytics.
🔔 Set up personalized alerts
From your Notification Settings, you can enable two types of alerts for each organization you belong to:
- Instant alert: An email is sent as soon as a source expires, with reminders you can configure (hourly to weekly).
- Digest alert: A summary email listing all expired sources, each with a reconnection link.
These options can be activated independently or combined, depending on how closely you want to monitor source health.
🔗 Direct reconnection links
Each alert includes a Reconnect button that takes you straight to the connection flow of the affected source — no navigation needed.
👤 User-specific settings
Notifications apply only to your account. Every user can choose their own alert preferences and configure how often they want to be notified.
This update ensures you’re always aware of expired sources, making reconnection faster and reducing blind spots in your monitoring workflow.

Get key analytics directly in your report emails, with quick links to the relevant Dashboard views.
Available in:
Analytics reporting emails now include a quick snapshot of your main KPIs, so you can check your performance at a glance — even without opening the full PDF report.
📊 Key stats directly in the email
Instead of receiving only the PDF, your report email now highlights essential metrics such as message volumes, content categories, and recent activity. It’s designed for fast, mobile-friendly monitoring during busy or off-hours moments.
🔗 Direct links to the Dashboard
Each KPI comes with a link that takes you straight to the Dashboard view with the right filters already applied, making it easier to investigate peaks, trends, or incidents.
💡 Why this matters
Teams can now:
- Quickly assess what’s happening without downloading anything
- Monitor activity on mobile, even without Dashboard access
- Save time during daily or weekend checks
- Reduce reliance on CSV attachments (more stable, more scalable)
This makes report emails more actionable and turns them into a real operational touchpoint for your moderation workflow.

Manage users, teams, and permissions with a clearer, more scalable access model across your organization.
Available in:
We’ve introduced a brand new Users & Teams Manager, giving organizations a clearer way to structure collaboration and control access inside the Dashboard.
👥 Create users and organize them into teams
You can now invite new users directly from the Dashboard, assign them a role, and group them into teams. Teams make it easier to onboard collaborators and ensure they automatically inherit the right access levels.
👑 Three organization-level roles
The new access model introduces three predefined roles that define what a user can do across your entire Dashboard:
- Admin — full access: manage users, teams, settings, sources, and moderation.
- Editor — can configure sources, moderation, connect links, campaigns, reports… but cannot manage users or teams.
- Member — limited to the sources they are assigned to, with no ability to change configurations.
Admins retain full control over access management, ensuring security and clarity at the organization level.
🔐 Granular source-level permissions
On each source, you can now fine-tune what a user (or a whole team) is allowed to do with four permission levels:
- 📊 Can view analytics only — access to statistics only
- 👀 Can view — view all content (messages, posts, authors)
- ✍️ Can moderate — take moderation actions
- 🔧 Can manage — full control of the source settings and moderation profile
You can also grant full source access, giving a user or team access to all current and future sources automatically.
🔄 Permission inheritance
When users belong to teams, they inherit the team’s permissions. In case of a conflict, the most permissive level applies, making access management simpler and more predictable.
